Bamboo Crushed Panel

Crushed bamboo panel are made by flattening round bamboo poles. The bamboo poles are harvested and well treated from mature bamboo trees at 4-6-year in South Vietnam tropical jungles. The bamboo poles are maximum thick walls and strong structure density, large bamboo poles diameters from 4”, 5 ” to 6″ with lengths up 10 feet.

Appearance: 1-ply carbonized bamboo plywood with dimensions 4’ x 8’x ¼” is constructed with crushed bamboo poles layer to press and form the panel. With side pressed bamboo panels the visible bamboo knuckle are wide weave – which gives the panel an elegant look. This is done in order to optimize the stability of the panels. These small gaps can be filled when finishing the panel.

Durability: Bamboo Crushed panels have been used in building materials for high end, especially for building cabinetry, furniture and mill work. The pattern of bamboo panels make a beautiful surface panel unique look that can be used for various purposes.
